[Review] Lensmarketplace.com lenses

Hey guys! how are you all doing? have you guys started school yet? As for me, I actually just started this Monday and let me tell you, the first few weeks of school, parking will be such a beeyatch!! Serious! well, at least that's how it is for my school. But after a month or so, kids will stop going to their classes, hence, more and better parking for me = a much easier life ;) Heheh!

Anyways, here's another review of lenses. However, this time around, it's not your typical circle lenses that I usually do reviews on. These lenses are just regular colored contact lenses. The difference between the two is that these lenses have to be replaced every 3 months and not yearly like most circle lenses. Another thing is the packaging. These lenses come in individual plastic cases with solution, unlike circle lenses that come in viles, these are a lot easier to open. And, lastly, unlike most circle lenses these do not have that huge outer ring that gives the illusion of much bigger eyes. However, these lenses like some circle lenses are about 14.0mm, which hardly does anything to enhance nor enlarge the eye. But it does give the illusion of a much brighter and more natural eyes :)

Lensmarketplace.com is this online store that is based in Cyprus. They sell a huge variety brands of colored contact lenses, from Adore, Wicon TriKolor & Solotica.

Alex from lensmarketplace.com sent me a pair of my Adore lenses in bi-tone gray & another pair of Waicon TriKolor lenses in hazel.

Adore Bi-Tone Gray

Base Curve: 8.6
Diameter: 14.0

- Comfort: ♥♥♥♥
These lenses are very comfortable! I have nothing bad to say about them. I have actually worn them for more than 8 hours without putting any solution whatsoever on it.

- Color: ♥♥♥♥♥
I absolutely love the color because not only is it vibrant, but it's a true gray color. It really blends with my dark brown eyes & gives it this natural effect, like it's my real eye color. I also love the fact that unlike circle lenses, these regular colored contact lenses aren't as thick, hence more oxygen & circulation around your eyes.

- Overall Thought: ♥♥♥♥♥
Overall, these lenses rock! I love them! It's just really pretty self explanatory in regards to how I feel about these lenses :) What can I say, I'm very satisfied.

here's a picture of me wearing it with heavy eye makup.

Waicon TriKolor cosmetic lenses utilize an innovative technology in contact lens fitting to offer you six different attractive looks. Waicon TriKolor lenses are available with medical prescription that fits any vision correction.

TriKolor - an easy, healthy, comfortable and affordable way to create a new look every day. Waicon TriKolor are available in six amazing colors: gray, blue, green, hazel, dark green and blue gray.

Waicon TriKolor (monthly - 6 lenses)
Waicon TriKolor (yearly - 1 lens)

Manufacturer: PFÖRTNER
Contains: 2 lenses in factory sealed packaging
Type: Monthly
Base Curve: 8.7

- Comfort:
These lenses are not the most comfortable lenses I've ever worn, instead it's actually one of the most uncomfortable =/ It was quite a disappointment because I really liked them & how they looked on me, but it made my vision very blurry & I definitely can't wear them while I drive otherwise I might get into serious trouble. I tried wearing them a good amount of times to test them out and see if it was just y eyes acting up, but with the chances I gave it, it just kept disappointing me.

- Color
With the discomfort said, I actually really love the color & the effect it gives my eyes. I really like it & I wanted to like it even more =/

- Overall Thought:
Aside from being let down when it comes to comfort, I really liked the lenses but it's just that I wasn't really able to wear them all that much, or as much as I would like to because of the blurry vision it gives me.

Anyways, if you guys want to check lensmarketplace.com, just simply click on the links that I've posted all throughout this post. Also, has anyone of you tried Solotica lenses? they look so cool don't they? I love the natural yet bold effect it gives your eyes. I really want to try them haha! What are your thoughts?

EOTD + Alima Pure E/S Review + Love Package from UK

Hello my beautiful readers!
Hope everyone is doing well! I'll be starting school this coming Monday & I'm really excited :) I'll be taking 3 fashion classes in our fashion program. WHOO HOO!

Anyways, aside from school...I've been busy & sick all this summer which stinks butt, but I'm all better now. But yeah, so today I woke up with a nice surprise :) I recently had a swap with fellow blogger/ friend, Lydia Kim :) She got me soo much, it's crazy! & I can't believe it got to me within a week. Anyways, I'll be sending your package this monday! Sorry, it's a bit late...just didn't have time this week =/ But yeah, I loved everything since you guys probably know that I'm such a lipstick junkie ^_^
everything came in good condition except for only 1 MUA eye shadow that shattered, so I had to throw it away. But everything else was great :D I'm so pleased!!!

Anyways, thank you so much, Lydia <3 you're the sweetest!!!

Ok, so moving on, here's my EOTD from yesterday. I'm also wearing colored contact lenses from lensmarketplace.com I got the Adore Bi-tone gray. & no! they're not circle lenses hehe!

Also, here's my upcoming post :) just giving you guys a quick sneak peek! What do you guys think?

-----------------------------------------------

Alima Pure Cosmetic's sent me 4 samples of their eye shadows a month ago & I haven't really been able to review them until now. Anyways, here are the swatches:

here are the sample jars
Here are the swatches with different finishes

- Jacquard is a matte creme colored eye shadow with tiny flecks of gold
- Brocade is a matte gray (not sky blue as it shows on the picture)
- Tulle is a frost gold color
- Velvet is a matte deep purple

Overall: The colors were really great & pigmented. However, the only difficult thing about using loose pigments is the fact that their would be more fallout that pressed shadows. But the great thing about Alima Pure eye shadows is that it's not only mineral but also uses natural ingredients, which is always great. They have variety of colors and finishes. They also have a nice variety of colors & finishes for blushes, which I would love to try. Also, they offer sample sizes just like the ones I got and sell them for only $1 so if you weren't sure about the brand and want to give their eye shadows a try, then, go ahead & visit http://alimapure.com

OOTD ft. Layered Skirt from Asoya.com

Hello there my beautiful readers! Sorry I've been MIA for a while now =/ I actually just recovered from food poisoning, cold & a slight fever -_-" Crazy right? I guess this summer just isn't my summer. I mean I hate summer but all the other summers in the past didn't make me feel this way. Tough luck! Anyways, I'm all better now & blogging again. I've missed out on so much, it's insane! hehe! Anyways, I shot these pictures last Sunday, of course! and I'm barely posting them for all of you to see. So hope you guys like it :) Btw, these pictures were shot by my little sister! (She told me to credit her! lmao)

[click pictures to enlarge]

FOTD & newly dyed hair ;)

- Plain V-Neck Tee (White)
-Cut-out Footless Tights
-Mid calf, Open toed Wedges

So, this outfit wasn't really inspired by anything in particular, I just felt like putting it all together & see how it would turn out :) And, I guess, the turn out was pretty good right? What do you guys think?

Anyways, you are all probably wondering where I got this super cute skirt right? Well, I got this skirt at http://asoya.com It is a free size so since it fits me, I'm sure it'll also fit someone who's about a sixe XS-M. I'm somewhere in between that I guess.

The material used on this skirt is a light denim. It has a 4 layer pattern & a fully functional front zipper. The waist has elastic bands which means, it is very stretchy. It can be worn high waist or just exactly on the waist depending on your size &/or your preference. It is very comfortable & easy to wash, which is another reason why I love it. It was also sewn very good, as there were no loose strands hanging around.

Anyways, aside from this review, I have actually done an OOTD VIDEO wearing everything on this post. However, due to unfortunate circumstances, it was erased =/ So, I have to re-shoot that video all over again sometime before this week ends. & I'll make sure to post it up :)

FTC: The skirt was sent to me by http://asoya.com for review purposes only. I am NOT getting paid to do this review. Everything in this post is 100% of my own honest opinion.
